Victoria M. Foley, DPM is a podiatric physician who is board certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. She has 32 years of experience in podiatric surgery, orthotics, diabetic foot care, pediatric foot care, and heel pain.
The Southern California native attended the University of California Los Angeles and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree and a minor in Kinesiology before going on to earn her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Des Moines University in Iowa in 1990. Dr. Foley is also a former collegiate soccer player at UCLA and offers an athlete's perspective on foot and ankle related injuries and subsequent treatment.
Dr. Foley is a diplomat of the Board of Podiatric Surgery and a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. She is affiliated with Long Beach Memorial Hospital and the Los Alamitos Medical Center, and serves as the Clinical Instructor for the Podiatric Surgery Residency Program at these institutions.
Dr. Foley’s professional associations include the American Podiatric Medical Association, the California Podiatric Association, the Orange County Podiatry Association, the American Medical Woman Association, and the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine.
Since 2003, Dr. Foley has been involved with the Special Olympics, and is the Clinical Director of the Southern California Special Olympics. She is also very active in her community, participating in various health fairs for local companies.
In her spare time, Dr. Foley enjoys skiing, playing tennis, paddle boarding, traveling, and taking care of her dogs Tucy and Ace.
